I gotta say.The chilli here was addictive. And just between the three of us, we finished an entire squeeze bottle of it. oops.we went for the ala carte buffet on the waitress' recommendations. At about $36 per pax, you get your pick of meats and other steamboat items on the menu.i loved the cheese tofu, but that was really taking up tummy space. the crabstick was not the normal round ones, i liked these a lot better. the meats were not very heavily marinated but they were all delicious when gril

i loved the cheese tofu, but that was really taking up tummy space. the crabstick was not the normal round ones, i liked these a lot better. the meats were not very heavily marinated but they were all delicious when grilled. a little charred on the sides but juicy in the middle.
then dip it into the sauce.
and repeat.
