We were here the other night to chill out at New Asia Bar, which is conveniently located at cityhall. Was told that the view up there was fantastic, but it was not breathtaking; Ku De Ta, comparatively, has much better views. Nonetheless, ambience was good and not too noisy. The heineken bottles were luminous and glows under UV light, so it was pretty cool. We had champagne, cranberry vodka, which were all good. $30 cover charge.
