Fish & Co. recently launched a new menu featuring "The Best Fish & Chips From Around The World"! Sure enough there was a wide selection of Fish & Chips - using different varieties of fish and also different cooking methods. Unfortunately, a number of their dishes were not available on that day.The restaurant was relatively empty but the service was TERRIBLE! First, what I had wanted to order initially was not available. Next, since we ordered 3 sets of same meal, we placed our orders together for convenience but the staff still had to ask us repeat our orders individually. We must have repeated ourselves more than 5 times to get our orders in. What should have been a very simple order lasted more than 10-minutes. The meal came with a drink, soup of the day and a main. Since the Arctic Fish & Chips were not available, I opted for the Grilled Salmon instead which comes with a choice of 2 sides. The meat was just your average grilled salmon - nothing special about it worth mentioning. Anyway, the bad service saga did not just stop there. When we asked for the bill, it came as a huge mess! Most of the items billed were wrong. There was even "Arctic Fish & Chips" in the bill even though it was not available. And when the bill came back a second time, it was still wrong. So we had to state our orders yet ANOTHER time. *rolls eyes* How complicated can 3 lunch sets (1 drink, 1 soup, 1 main) get? I seriously do not understand how they can get such a simple order so wrong.
