bee cheng hiang recently added the traditional sliced pork to their menu. it's quite pricey, and is the 2nd most expensive item next to the pork belly which is about $60+ per kg. the sliced pork is not too bad, but still not as good as the kim hock guan's. it's more like bacon here. the meat is quite tough, but the sweetness is good. the service is helpful. very crowded place especially on the weekends. since it's the same price as kim hock guan, i'll rather buy kim hock guan's. except there are
