Today I attending a coffee seminar at Starbucks.We learn about the different types of coffee beans from different countries.Today we learn about cone brewer method of making coffee. You could buy coffee made through this method at 2 outlets in Singapore : this outlet and Liat Towers' outlet. 1. Wet the filter and warm the cone.2. Today we learn about cone brewer method of making coffee. You could buy coffee made through this method at 2 outlets in Singapore : this outlet and Liat Towers' outlet.
1. Wet the filter and warm the cone.2. Grind coffee as needed.
3.Scoop the desired beans.
4. Fill hot water kettle.5. Bloom and brew coffee.
The coffee will slowly drip down from below the cone brewer.
The coffee has a richer and more intense taste, compared to the usual method. Now I know what to order at Starbucks next time.
