the breads are supposed to be japanese, , etc... it's a fusion of french and japanese. rather expensive too. not to the extent of the full french bakeries but still pretty expensive. nice variety, but i found that most of the breads are hard - not soft. and you have to really chew it and struggle a bit. the custard choux pastry thing was alright. but of course, beard papa's is still the best. the choux pastry here is hard as well. it's not stale. just not soft! it's easy location to get to. staf
