My comment for this stall is that luck will get you the best quality. Why? Because, at times the oysters can be big, juicy and fresh with minimal oil. However, at other times, the oyster may turn out vice versa (shriveled and clearly not fresh). The good thing about the dish though is that the eggy yellow floury you know what I mean part, is... "QQ" enough. (Pardon me for the lack vocab, but it is really... "QQ") and the chilli complements real well with a slight tangy sourness to it and spicy l
