yoshinoya is no frills and have pretty good japanese food. not sure if they are authentic as it doesn't really taste that authentic. the beef bowl is good, but i think i could do a better job with the beef. it's a bit too dry. cups with very good miso soup. there are condiments on some tables, like preserved ginger, soy sauce, etc. it's not very cheap but it's not too bad. like that they used short grain rice - however, it is not japanese short grain. did not like their ebi rice as the shrimp wa
