went to carousel to celebrate my friend's birthday. the ambience was really good. very romantic, ideal place for a valentine's date or an anniversary or simply just hang out with cool friends. the service was really good, the waiters were really attentive and always took initiatives. the food was awesome. all the seafood was really fresh and succulent. they have a sweet taste when u bite into it. love the crayfish, so juicy and sweet, not to mention the scallop! wholesome!the desserts are just a

the desserts are just amazing, from the mango cake to the chocolate mousse... everything just taste perfect. not too sweet yet not too tasteless. everything is rich in its own flavour, like the rich chocolate taste of the mousse.
A really romantic place to go for a nice buffet meal to keep u full for the next 2days!
