Nice Strawberry tart

Something to really rave about this tart has got to be the special strawberries muffinery uses. I heard that the strawberry they use are imported from korea. And after trying it, i believed it. The strawberry is really sweet and juicy, easily defeating other strawberry tarts. The custard filling is another thing to mention, cos it's sweet too. However, the crust isn't really good. It's too clumpy and should be more flaky instead. Hui Yan
