My family and I went to Singapore Expo to attend a seminar, & when there was a break during lunchtime, we walked around to find somewhere to dine. Most of the eateries & fast food restaurants were very crowded - there were some other events being held at the same time at the Expo. Decided to dine at Lerk Thai as there was a shorter queue & we were in abit of a hurry. Plus, we had never dine in Lerk Thai before so at the same time, we could try the food there too.My brother and I ordered the Tom
My brother and I ordered the Tom Yam Fried Rice, while my sis saw many others eating the pineapple rice & so decided to order it. My dad, being a vegetarian, chose a vegetarian fried rice which was offered on the menu.
The food took quite a while to arrive - there was alot of people & even the manager was helping to serve dishes and wipe the tables. When they finally arrive, we were so hungry that I only managed to take the photo of the pineapple rice... We tried each other's food, but I still think my Tom Yam Fried Rice is the nicest. Pineapple Rice is also not bad, while I dun really like the vegetarian fried rice (my dad said it was ok).
Overall, the food is nice, & portions are just nice. Just to note: There are many parking spaces, but parking charges are quite high, so do take public transport if possible!
