Without a second thought, the Kuishin Bo at Jurong Point is of lower quality that that of the City Hall branch. Firstly, the Unagi isn't as nice and the dessert selection were quite limited. In addition, there is no hourly "special event" whereby patrons get to rush and queue up for special dishes. There is no fun in it.

In terms of pricing, it is definitely cheaper than that of City Hall. However, I would still go to the branch over at City Hall as there is no point saving a few extra dollar and fill yourself with unwanted calories over subpar Japanese buffet food.
