Chanced upon this Coffee House in Concorde Hotel (former Meridein Hotel) on Orchard Road one evening.

It was past 9pm, so we decided not to try the Buffet, though it looked tempting.
We opted for some local dishes and coffee.
Piping hot coffee with warm milk was great on that cold, rainy night.
The Fried Seafood Mi Goreng and Kway Teow were good!
The yellow noodle used was of a thinner variety, and that added to the taste of the dishes.
The surprise element was the Satay - mutton and chicken.
It came packaged in brown paper, as if straight from a real hawker centre!
Interesting packaging concept, I must say!
It was the exceptional service that impressed us -more than the food, actually.
The manager in charge made sure that everything was perfect and it was, indeed.
Will definitely go back for the Buffets!!!
