Famous hawker specialty I want to share, it was commonly found everywhere. There queue was there, just thought of a plate of hot steaming mee and I joined the queue. Actually there were only few squids and slides of prawn added, yet still tasted not bad. Stir-fried until noodles were braised, smelt smokey, coated fully savour and gravy turned to be greyish crystal clear. If you like the wetly gooey type of noodles, then this plate will definitely appeal you. It was the smallest version, $3.00 per plate.
