Hearing much hype about S.E.A. and this new ocean restaurant, a group of friends and I finally found a day to check it out. The ambience was amazing, especially with the front row view, looking at all the fishes that swims by.

We were served with fancy-shaped dinner roll/breads after we made our orders; bread tasted so-so.
Pumpkin Soup with Foie gras is amazing, creamy and delicious; the taste of the seared foie gras lingers in your mouth and doesn’t overpower the sweet pumpkin taste.
Calamari Salad with crispy breaded squid and fresh crunchy vegetables; vinaigrette dressing makes the whole dish pops.
I ordered the grilled rib eye steak mediumwell, it was cooked as per my request, the thick charred beef is well marinated and toothsome. Served with appetizing pickled onions and fresh herb salsa.
Robust red wine sauce goes beautifully with the steak.

Overall experience is unforgettable, just like the price tag. You’re better off buying a ticket to SEA if you’re only interested in the ambience.
