The noodles of the Spicy Char Siew Ramen were springy and chewy, just the way I like my ramen to be. The soup broth was a tad on the spicier side than the usual spicy ramen I had elsewhere, not advisable for those who can't handle too much hot stuffs.

The highlight of the dinner was the Scallop Fried Rice. i gave this dish an 'A'. The picture does not do justice to it. Fried to a golden yellow, we could smell the fragance of the rice which was delectably complemented with juicy scallops and chopped spring onions. A delightful surprise for our five senses.
