Ma maison is a japanese french fusion restaurant, and is popular with the japanese who are in singapore or comes to singapore. how i know, because out of the few times i went, 3 times japanese family are just sitting next to my table haha. mabbe its just coincidence. Anyway usually i would order the shitake mushroom spaghetti (really nice, must try), serving wise is a little small but if you are ordering sides, its filling as a meal. the spagetti when comes, looks not really appetizing to you, b
Anyway usually i would order the shitake mushroom spaghetti (really nice, must try), serving wise is a little small but if you are ordering sides, its filling as a meal. the spagetti when comes, looks not really appetizing to you, but wait till you have the first try, its is just so simple that it taste awesome. And try all the omu rice! ( beef, chicken, creamy) all are really good. the above picture one is the beef omu. soft and well cook egg that melts in your mouth. Next is the escargot, no fishy or weird smell, just awesome buttery and fresh escargot taste.
Ambient wise, fantastic, i love the cosy place, with warm lighting and candles lighted with classy table cloth and comfortable wooden chair. Bills are paid giving a heavy gaint key/ steel plate to the counter, lovely concept that suit the place and ambient. As for the price, all is worth it for the service of friendly staffs, good food, nice ambient.
