This place is becoming one of my favourites at the moment.. dim sum at night.. with a wide variety on the menu and good liu sha bao and xiao long bao.. who can resist? At least not me and my bf.. I came here the last time and was very happily satisfied with their xiaolongbao (ranked number 3 on my list after ding tai fung and lao beijing) and egg lava bun (number 2 after victor's kitchen). The broth inside the xiaolongbao is super tasty and the skin is not too thick.. just the right thickness to
I came here the last time and was very happily satisfied with their xiaolongbao (ranked number 3 on my list after ding tai fung and lao beijing) and egg lava bun (number 2 after victor's kitchen). The broth inside the xiaolongbao is super tasty and the skin is not too thick.. just the right thickness to prevent the soup dumpling from bursting.. *slurps* Once again the liu sha bao is good as ever, slanting more to the salty than the sweet side.. i can have 2 baskets on my own!
The fried fish skin is oh-so-crunch and not fishy at all! I can easily eat this down as a snack in front of the tv. Lol. The crepe with egg and meat floss is surprisingly good and somehow the whole combination worked very well. Usually crepes are quite tasteless but this one has a very fragrant and chewy bite.
Many more times to this restaurant to come!
