I came here the last time and was very happily satisfied with their xiaolongbao (ranked number 3 on my list after ding tai fung and lao beijing) and egg lava bun (number 2 after victor's kitchen). The broth inside the xiaolongbao is super tasty and the skin is not too thick.. just the right thickness to prevent the soup dumpling from bursting.. *slurps* Once again the liu sha bao is good as ever, slanting more to the salty than the sweet side.. i can have 2 baskets on my own!

I also ordered their unique fried mee suah which is one of the signature of swee choon but i find it not worth the calories as there are so many things else to try! the beancurd roll was good with huge fresh prawns inside and not too salty at all. We also ordered a 'liang cai'-chinese cold appetizer-- which is made of black fungus and cucumber just to add some 'freshness' to the meal..

the high light of the night this time round ....*drum rolls* is the fried fish skin and crepe with egg and meat floss.
The fried fish skin is oh-so-crunch and not fishy at all! I can easily eat this down as a snack in front of the tv. Lol. The crepe with egg and meat floss is surprisingly good and somehow the whole combination worked very well. Usually crepes are quite tasteless but this one has a very fragrant and chewy bite.

Many more times to this restaurant to come!
