It was another form of pickled chinese cabbage. The cabbage tasted sour but the sauce they marinate it with was salty. the portion was quite long for a side dish so we did not order any vegetables side. We tried their chilli oil wanton thinking it would taste the same as those of din tai fung and crystal jade. However to our surprise, the sauce for the wanton is black sweet sauce. It was so unique. The wanton is large and juicy and very meaty. It actually went well with the sweet sauce.
