Decided to tried the onion pancake and the pork bun and brought both for lunch.Firstly, the size of the onion pancake was large, nice golden brown colour on the top of the pancake with spring onion added. For the texture wise, it was a bit hard and it takes time to chew, but soft on the inside. The taste was slightly bland, but with the addition of the thinly cut bak gua meat improve the taste and flavour of the pancake. As for the pork bun, light golden brown colour with spring onion sprinkle on top. The fillings was well marinated, not too salty, taste like normal pork bun.
