After a fun shopping here at The Star Vista, I have settled down in this newly opened Owl cafe for a plate of their signature dish: Assam Mango Chicken with Nasi Kuning. The restaurant is cosy and comfortable, and quite cooling as well. The waitress here are friendly too, with greetings and smiles when you enter the restaurant. Love those generous portion of deep fried chicken cutlets which are very crispy and not too oily. the sauce that goes along with the chicken cutlet is actually a small bowl of assam chilli gravy that is thick and fragrant, spicy as well. For the price of $10.50, is acceptable but would be better to be less than $8.00 per plate.
