Oyster Omelette

There are very limited seats here and I had trouble finding a seat during the peak lunch time period. I ordered a plate of oyster omelette which was rather ordinary. There was quite a lot of starch in the omelette and I would say this version is fried slightly more crispier than the usual dish we're accustomed to. There were only a few oysters available in my dish and I was a little disappointed having paid more for a bigger portion.
