I chanced upon this carrot cake and oyster omelette stall when I dine at Bukit Timah Food Centre. The queue was quite long as the stall uncle always fried a fresh plate when ordered.While you are waiting for your order (It's self service), you can smell the aroma of the oil grilling pan when uncle frying the egg omelette. The oyster omelette that I ordered had cripsy egg with starch flour. It was nice that I hope they could sell the dish of egg with starch flour alone.The oysters though not many
