As I walked by Mr Bean, I saw a promo on for Double chocolate pancakes! I never tried those before and they looked tempting. It was basically a chocolate pancake with chocolate filling. I also decided to get their cheese pancake and got a cup of fresh soya milk to wash it down.I was a little disappointed about the double choc pancake as I found it too crispy on the outside which made it a little hard to bite into. I was a little disappointed about the double choc pancake as I found it too crispy on the outside which made it a little hard to bite into. It was also extremely messy as the chocolate oozes out alot; the texture was somewhat like chocolate sauce. It didn't taste as great as I expected out to be. Infact, I find their normal chocolate pancakes nicer as the chocolate seems to be a thicker version and is less messy.
The cheese pancake was good! Though the cheese was melted, it did not go to the extent of oozing out of the pancake which made it perfect for a quick snack. The soya bean milk was the classic of the lot. I like how its not too sweet and it fills you up.
