Had tanjong ru pau today. One of my favorite char siew paus! The paus are all very small in size so they are good for snacking! The bun is soft light and fluffy, and the char siew filling is smooth and thick, with shredded meat unlike some other paus that have chunky fillings. The char siew filling is savory and tasty, complementing the soft outer bun very well. Only gripe is that the paus are quite expensive! Costing about $0.60 for one tiny pau!
