Bought big meat pau and small char siew paus from Maxwell Food Centre. Besides selling Pau Hor Kee is also selling porridge at the next stall. These steamed buns which were taken out from the steamer were piping hot and placed into the boxes by the friendly lady. Paus are soft at the exterior for all. As for char siew pau, meat is moist with adequate amount of chopped char siew sauce and less or no fatty meat were seen.
