The key to a delicious plate of fried penang kway teow right at this stall is to ask for extra amount of chilli to be added. This extra amount of chilli added would actually enhanced this dish pretty much to bring its taste closer to the authentic version in Penang. The main difference between the Penang style and the local style is the level of spiciness. It was fried with a good amount of wok taste with fresh tasting ingredients like prawns and squid added together with fishcake, egg and bean

The main difference between the Penang style and the local style is the level of spiciness. It was fried with a good amount of wok taste with fresh tasting ingredients like prawns and squid added together with fishcake, egg and bean sprouts. This is by far one of the better Penang fried kway teow that i have tried.
