I was craving for Nando's Chicken so I headed to the branch located at Tampines Mall to satisfy my craving. I had to queue for almost 30 minutes before I can get a seat. Perhaps it's Sunday so there is crowd everywhere.We finally got our seats and look through the menu to order. We had difficulties getting attention from the staffs. Maybe because they are short of manpower to handle the full house. We finally settled down with the usual order - 1/4 chicken with 2 sideline dishes @S$13.90. We ord

Perhaps it's Sunday so there is crowd everywhere.We finally got our seats and look through the menu to order. We had difficulties getting attention from the staffs. Maybe because they are short of manpower to handle the full house. We finally settled down with the usual order - 1/4 chicken with 2 sideline dishes @S$13.90. We ordered mild peri-peri chicken.Our sideline was the same. It was sideline were corn on cob and old-styled chips. I do like to stress that they do maintain consistency quality of Nando's chicken regardless from different branches and crowded of people.
However, the waiting time is really took sometime. Even request for billing will take ages. I would not recommend to go during peak hours. Not sure does their service improve during off-peak hours or not. But definitely a no good service when i visited them. I need to call 3 staffs before i can finally get my bill settled.
