I went to pu tian for dinner the other day with my family. We order my favorite nine fold intestines. When eaten with their special putian chilli dip. It was totally heaven. The intestines were very soft and tender. It does not have a bad smell. Their chilli dip has this special taste. Sweetish sourish. Really good. It goes well with almost everything in the store. They even sell the dip. Apparently I am not the only one who finds it nice.
