The Pineapple Cake looked golden brown and had a mild buttery aroma. The Pineapple Cake was hard when bit on. The fillings was also stiffer than other pineapple tart, according to their ingredient list, the fillings were 100% pineapple. The fillings though hard had real pineapple taste and fibre texture. The sweetness of the pineapple fillings was just right.

Overall, the Pineapple tart was average tasting. I would prefer a softer outer pastry and softer pineapple fillings.
