My mummy helped me da bao the pineapple rice for the Zi Char stall at Limbang. Their pineapple rice is pretty good, so glad they added a lot of pork floss, it gives the rice more flavour and the pork floss adds a little sweetness to the entire pineapple rice. the pineapple rice on its own is very fragrant. their pineapple was sweetish, sourish, at least u know they did not use canned pineapple but only fresh ones
