Nowadays there are many bread talent stalls opened around Singapore. Today I passby Bukit Batok MRT and saw another Talent stall, it was called Pau Talent.

This Pau Talent sells mostly chinese steam buns. I bought a Pork Bun at $1.60. The size of the pork bun was very big.

The pork bun had very stiff dough, it was neither airy or fluffy. The skin of the bun was also very thick. The filling of the bun was marinated minced pork with spring onions. The fillings was quite little. The filling tasted good, with heavy aroma of spring onions and savory sauce of the marinated mince meat.

Overall, the pork bun tasted average because the layer of skin was too thick and stiff.
