I like the pork curry ramen from ajisen. The curry for this ramen is not too thick, however you can still taste the curry flavor in the soup. they used very thinly sliced pork. The pork does not have any strong pork smell, even if it does, it is all musk away by the curry flavor. the noodles is cooked really well, does not stick to your teeth. They added quite a lot of cabbages into the soup, the cabbages gives the soup extra sweetness.
