had din tai feng for dinner at nex outlet. ordered my all time favorite egg fried rice with pork cutlet and prawn cutlet as side. we waited for around 5 mins for a two person seat on a weekday monday, dinner hour. The environment of the place is good and staffs are ok too. Love the egg fried rice, the rice is good and nicely fried and presented. lots of egg added (i like) and best of all, the pork cutlet, well seasoned and fried. crispy outer layer and tender soft pork meat. xiao long bao for today is abit disappointing, not hot, just slightly heated, which is not up to the usual standard. other than that, its good.
