Order Pork Fried Rice (on the left) and Shoyu Ramen (on the right) at Ramen Santouka and both of the dishes tasted pretty good. However, I would prefer the Pork Fried Rice more. This is because there were plenty of small and irregular sizes of pork mixed randomly in the fried rice and they are tender, fragrant and not to hard. As for the Shoyu Ramen, the soy sauce flavoured soup tasted good and was fragrant. However, the hard boiled soy sauce flavoured egg besides the ramen doesn't taste that fresh. It tasted like those instant egg where most supermarkets sell and I don't really like it. Also, the ramen was quite normal too.
