While my family and I were at Liang Court, they wanted to eat ramen at Tampopo. But I was hungry and wanted to eat rice meal. Hence, I had ordered the Pork Loin Yanagawa.The Pork Loin Yanagawa was actually a deep fried pork cutlet with egg on top. The pork loin batter skin was not as cripsy due to the egg with onions being put on top. The egg with onions was on the salty side as the sauce was also mixed into the egg. Overall, the Pork Loin Yanagawa was good but Tonkichi was better as they used fatty pork meat.
