After visiting my in-laws, I hopped onto the bus to lot one to buy dinner back for my husband and myself. After walking around, I finally setted for ke kou wei. i decided to buy their pork ribs mee sua back for us. There were quite a number of pork ribs in the bowl. The pork ribs were marinated and fried before adding into the mee sua. It tasted very fragrant. The meat is a little chewy though, probably due to them overcooking it. The gravy is very thick and tasty, I asked the person to add more

The pork ribs were marinated and fried before adding into the mee sua. It tasted very fragrant. The meat is a little chewy though, probably due to them overcooking it. The gravy is very thick and tasty, I asked the person to add more chili and vinegar to give it an extra flavour. It was really delicious. a very filling dinner.
