I was looking to have some chinese food the other day and decided to have porridge at crystal jade - its porridge is one of the best compared to other restaurant chains. I ordered the sliced fish and century egg porridge which costs $6.90. It was well cooked and the porridge not too soggy; I love the crispy crackers that came along with it; however, I didn't quite like the fish that day as there were lots of tiny bones. It was well cooked and the porridge not too soggy; I love the crispy crackers that came along with it; however, I didn't quite like the fish that day as there were lots of tiny bones. I also ordered the tofu with mushrooms ($10.90); well priced and tasty as well; tofu was silky soft.
