It's a definite order of a fish head steamboat. Usually the garoupa at $32 a pot. It's a little salty these days but I like it anyway. The prefried yam slices are an absolute yum! The fish that day was a little dismal since it was only a meagre offering. The golden mushrooms for the steamboat are very expensive at $8 and so were the tofu puffs but this you must order. They can be both eaten and dipped in to cook with the broth. But Id eat this all by myself anyway. It's expensive and no, I never figured how they made these power puffs. The beancurd golden mushroom is highly recommended and appears on most tables. Try that. But I'm actually just happy with soup.
