Seah Im Food centre used to be one of my favorite hawker centre during my schooling days. There are too many delicious food here and I always cannot decide what to eat. Many years later I decided to re-visit this hawker centre again and I still faced the same problem. After walking 2 rounds I decided to try the prawn noodle from Shi Ji Noodle Stall.

They are very generous with the ingredients. The noodle is cooked to the right texture and the prawns used are big and fresh. The chilli portion is huge but it is not very spicy. The soup is tasty. I would definitely come back for more.
