I have always associated TCC with coffee, but the dessert here is even more worth mentioning. Frozen parfait topped with raspberry and decorated with strawberries. The biscuit is dusted with icing sugar. The dessert is very nicely presented with swirls of berries jam. Its a very refreshing treat, with the sourness of the berries contrasting with sweetness from the parfait. One could easily finish it, and still want more of it.
