Lost idea of what to have for lunch at Hougang Mall that day, this is quite rare to me though Pu Tien food. The girl who took my order, first boiled the dry mian xian, then she passed it to the kitchen for frying, I suppose. When the dish was served, it was piping hot. Plentiful of mix vegetables together with mian xian and taste was light. The texture of mian xian was just right, it wasn’t overcooked or mushy. I was really happy with the dish as it was still warm till the last bite. I didn’t taste any msg effect. I will return when I pass by there again.
