Every piece of the pastry had cradled the most durian between. Fillings were frozen initially but as time passes they had turned abit watery. To avoid the taste of creamy and watery puff, it is best to consume when they were out of the chiller. This mochi style of serving is preferred as it gives a cooling kick when we bite down the golden french pastry with some pressure, somehow guaranteed a satisfaction
