Have been walking past this restaurant since June last year and only got to eat at the restaurant recently. Its normally bursting with crowd during lunch while its on the quiet side for dinner, a family was there and some small groups. Upon entering the restaurant, one can see that the restaurant is divided into half - a modern and a traditional corner - rather interesting concept in a Korean restaurant. The owner also imported a famous 4m x 3m painting by Shin Yoon Bok which is about the 'Du
The owner recommended jokbal which is pork feet as it is good for the ladies and there is alot of collagen in it. One of my fav side dishes other than the marinated onion chunks. This restaurant goes the unconventional way and serve interesting side dishes which i've never seen it before in any other places. This is the magic cup which the owner specially imported from Korea. I am not a fan of tiger beer but because of the magic cup which keeps the beer temperature cold, i had a few cups. Even the rice wine taste better!
Went to a few more other Korean restaurants after this visit and i find that Oh Neul Han Jeom serves much better food as their soup is made from scratch and their sauces are of quality. Oh lastly, the service is the best as the owners will talk to the customers from time to time, checking if the customers like the food.
