Fried along with Teriyaki sauce over the pan, it was sizzling hot while serving. The essential criteria, the rice cannot to be too mushy in nature. Fluffy and chewy texture, the sweet soy sauce was blended evenly although with a slightly burnt. Runny and slippery half-boiled egg was put at the centre, either stir-mixed it up or swallow it. Two Tempura Prawns were given, golden crispy layer with firm flesh. Overall was a huge portion, yet I was able to finish it. Price was $6.50, expensive but expected.
