Voted as top 10 best Fishball noodle and displaying these credentials proudly on their stall, I had to check it out myself. Stall Chef - even with a queue early in the morning, uncle still greets each customer with politeness. Plus for me already. I've had enough with those nose-in-the-air snobs who think my air is all thanx to them (sorry...haze season rant)Noodle - I ordered meepok dry and I appreciate the QQness of the noodle, leaving each mouthful with that slight bite. Noodle - I ordered meepok dry and I appreciate the QQness of the noodle, leaving each mouthful with that slight bite. Al dente the Italian call it. Nice!
Sauce - I requested for more spice and more vinegar. Their sauce didn't disappoint and it costs the noodles beautifully with even till the last month.
Fishball - I was surprised that their Fishball has no fishy taste to it! It's quite flour-y but at least they tasted good.
Soup - it is clear but full of flavour! I had to ask for seconds!!
All in all a very satisfying meal which I will definitely return for more!
