8 uniquely flavoured Xiao Long Baos ($13.80) - Original, Garlic(grey), Ginseng(green), Cheese(yellow), Foie Gras(brown), Crab Roe(orange), Szechuan(red), Black Truffle (black).All the Xiao Long Bao tasted similar but nice and full of juice.Scrambled Egg White with Fish ($10.50) - Taste similar to Crytal Jade and Imperial Treasures' versions. The egg white is cooked just nice, not over done.Chilled Assorted Egg loaf in Yang Zhou style ($6) - cold and unique taste, feels like eating jelly.
