This is one of the nicest ramen I haven ever eaten since I got back from Japan. It tasted really authentic. This restaurant does not have a wide variety of ramen for you to choose from. I ordered their normal Ramen ($12). It was charged awfully cheap for such good standard. I added an additional $1 to add an egg. It is a MUST. the egg is really good, the white is a little soft when you break it into half, you can see the creamy egg yolk, the egg yolk is not fully cooked. the creaminess really ev
