Have been hearing a lot of raved reviews by my friends so one day I suggested having dinner at Ippudo! It was a Saturday when we went, at around 5plus in the evening, but it was still full house. We waited for a table of 4 for 15mins but they gave us a table for 3 because my friend wasn't here yet. They did not allow us to have a table for 4 until we were sure that our friend is arriving very soon. We placed our orders while waiting for my friend. We placed our orders while waiting for my friend. I decided to try the original tonkotsu, shiromaru motoaji ($15), which is just the normal one with cha-shu, cabbage and spring onions. You can choose to have the one with egg but it costs $3 more. We also get to choose how hard we want our noodles to be, hard or medium. The waiter recommended us the hard one but I prefer mine to be soft so I don't have to chew so hard! Anyway we managed to get a table of 4 as we saw the people leaving. At around 6pm, the queue outside was crazy. We were so lucky to be able to get a table!
