Came across an advertisement in the newspaper that RamenPlay is having mid week deal, which is 50% off the selected ramen. The day that i went was already the last wednesday that they will be having this promotion. They have this promotion ongoing for a month already. I ordered the chashu tonkotsu ramen. It had 5 slices of chashu and it was the first time seeing such a huge size of chashu that was given. The hard boil egg was nice and had a sweet after taste. However, I feel that the broth is not that rich.The service was good and the staff even asked us how was the food when we finished eating. I also overheard the staff recommending to another table to try their condiment: chilli flakes and fried garlic, by mixing it into the soup to enhance the taste.
Given the half price promotion, i feel that it was worth and hope that they have such promotion again.
